“My role is that of an understanding realist in the client / adviser relationship. The most important thing I do is listen to what people tell me about themselves and their situation; without that understanding there is no relationship.

I need to ask the hard questions, test assumptions, and identify the worst case scenario to help clients protect their family, their business and their lifestyle now and into a future which simply isn’t always foreseeable.” .
